Job Summary
Identify, assess, and engage with potential clinical research sites for Scout services, ensuring they optimize portal use. Provide guidance to sites and operations teams to drive strategy, while monitoring utilization throughout the trial lifecycle to address issues proactively. Cultivate long-term relationships by gathering feedback and aligning with cross-functional teams, including Project Managers and sponsors, to enhance operational efficiency. Support regional client conversations by gathering local market insights and drafting marketing messaging that accounts for cultural and regulatory considerations. Complete all required initial and ongoing training within a reasonable timeframe. This role requires fluency in English, French, and/or Italian, with a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or equivalent experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in clinical research or clinical trial management, with a focus on site management or clinical site engagement
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, regulations, and industry best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple sites and projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
- Fluent in English and French and/or Italian (spoken and written)
- Complete all required initial and ongoing training within a reasonable or provided timeframe
