Manager, Sign Shop

Sign Shop Manager based in Homestead, FL, responsible for fabrication of signs ranging from 1’x1’ to 4’x8’ and larger, and other duties representing the HMS brand across its facilities. Requires computer skills with Adobe Suite 2025, Gerber Omega 5.0, and other graphic design programs; operate large and small format printers (Gerber En Vision, Roland TrueVIS VG3-540, Roland VP-540); safely use vinyl cutters; use hand and power tools for maintenance and signage upkeep; high attention to detail; ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision; proactive in replacing damaged signs; painting duties as needed; perform other general maintenance duties; supervises 1-3 people and contractors; flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays; valid Florida driver’s license; bilingual Spanish is a plus. The role involves working in a sports/entertainment environment with opportunities to contribute to HMS branding across facilities and events.
