Job Summary
Manager in our Sid Mashburn Dallas shop overseeing overall store operations, staff supervision, driving sales, ensuring brand and customer service standards, and implementing strategies to maximize teamwork and store profitability. Responsibilities include recruiting and training a high-performing team, mentoring staff, monitoring sales performance and budgets, analyzing data for inventory and merchandising decisions, and leading events/outreach to connect the brand with the community. Requires a proven leadership background, ability to train and motivate a diverse team, strong communication, and a results-driven, service-focused approach.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years leadership experience in retail preferred
