Job Summary
Lead a team of on-site project managers and coordinators to plan, allocate resources, and schedule Freeman events and projects. Responsible for developing and managing the project management team to maximize efficiency and operational excellence, with responsibility for training and development, cross-divisional collaboration for staffing, and ensuring safety and best practices in final project plans. Requires strong leadership, project management, and AV/Event Technology knowledge, the ability to communicate with customers and internal teams, and the capacity to juggle multiple clients and priorities in an in-person, Las Vegas–based role. Travel up to 25% and familiarity with Workfront are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required
- Minimum 3 years of show operations experience
- Minimum two years of supervisory experience
- Working knowledge of Audio, Video, Lighting, Rigging and Scenic technical requirements
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients with competing demands; proven ability to adapt while managing multiple priorities
