Job Summary
Senior Manager, Shoreside Digital Experience leads strategy and roadmap for VirginVoyages.com and FirstMates.com, owning end-to-end digital experiences from first click to booking confirmation. Defines product vision, champions experimentation and A/B testing, and partners with Data, Technology, CRM, and Marketing to translate insights into measurable commercial outcomes. Oversees a small team of contractors/crew, collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders, manages budgets and vendor relationships, and communicates roadmap progress to senior leadership. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 6+ years in digital product management or digital experience delivery, strong CRO/web analytics expertise, agile experience (SAFe, PI planning, Scrum), and hands-on experience with eCommerce/testing platforms; advanced degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 6+ years of experience in digital product management, eCommerce strategy, or digital experience delivery
- Proven experience designing and executing A/B and multivariate testing programs
- Deep understanding of online marketing principles including conversion rate optimization, audience segmentation, merchandising, cross- and upsell strategy, and lifecycle marketing
- Strong fluency in web analytics, tagging requirements, KPI design, attribution principles, and metrics reporting
- Demonstrated ability to build structured, data-backed business cases and enhancement proposals
- Experience managing a team (including contractors or agency partners)
- Experience partnering with Technology and Product teams using agile methodologies (SAFe, PI planning, Scrum)
- Jira or equivalent tool proficiency
- Experience managing vendor relationships, negotiating scope, and holding external partners accountable to delivery standards
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry experience preferred
- Hands-on experience with eCommerce and testing platforms (Optimizely, Google Analytics, Quantum Metric, VWO, Monetate, Figma)
- Knowledge of Magnolia CMS, Salesforce, Airtable
- Fluency in AI-driven personalization and digital automation tools
