Manager - Shared Living

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Shared Living program, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (DDS Medicaid Manual, EVV/timekeeping where applicable, DOL wage/hour concerns) and maintaining high-quality service delivery. Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention of Shared Living Providers; coordinate with clinical, case management, and operational teams for placements, transitions, and service changes; monitor program quality through audits and incident reviews; manage provider payments, authorizations, and capacity planning; support training, documentation, and accountability to providers while fostering strong provider relationships and continuous improvement for individuals served.
