Job Summary
Lead strategic planning, development, and execution of the SFP portfolio initiatives across devices and consumables to drive sustainable growth and market leadership in Taiwan. Translate market trends, competitive insights, and LANU needs into clear portfolio strategies supporting volume, market share, and profitable growth. Develop annual execution plans, original budgets, and long-range plans while defining opportunities through comprehensive market analysis. Own and manage marketing budget allocation, ensuring effective deployment and cost efficiency. Lead end-to-end product initiatives from concept proposal through stage gate approvals, collaborating with Corporate Affairs on regulatory processes and global brand strategies. Ensure all activities comply with Taiwan regulations and PMI business conduct principles while building local organizational capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- University graduate
- preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
- 8+ years of experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Product Management, or a related area
- Strong understanding of portfolio strategy, product initiatives, and marketing execution
- Solid analytical capability, with the ability to turn market, consumer, and business insights into actionable plans
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and influence solutions
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to operate with limited guidance, develop strategies and plans, and execute initiatives end-to-end with quality
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in FMCG is preferred
- multinational company experience would be an advantage
