Job Summary
Lead a team of 10+ Consultants and Project Managers to deliver Celonis deployments across North America; drive services sales cycles including project scoping and service proposal creation; ensure strong customer engagement management and collaborate with Sales and Value Engineering to maximize services revenue and adoption. Responsible for delivery governance, resource planning, and achieving measurable business impact, ROI, and first value for customers. Focus on fostering value-driven adoption, deep product knowledge, and career development within the Consulting team; requires 7+ years of leadership experience in BI/analytics or enterprise SaaS, strong executive-facing communication, and visa-sponsorship not offered.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years experience delivering high complex projects as a Program Manager or Program Director
- Proven leadership experience managing or indirectly leading teams focused on BI/analytics
- Proven track record of leading complex transformational customer programs
- Experience in implementing Celonis products or similar enterprise SaaS deployments
- Experience in managing professional services teams in enterprise SaaS
- Experience in building relationships with Sales teams and involvement in deals
- Proven leadership in interacting with senior/executive level customers
- Experience in recruiting, motivating and retaining top talent
- Excellent communication skills
