Job Summary
Manage ServiceNow client implementations by leading workstreams from initial planning through post-engagement support. Lead workshops to translate complex ITSM, ITOM, and IRM needs into functional requirements and engage decision-makers to align project roadmaps with organizational strategies. Provide mentorship on ServiceNow operations and upgrades while leading on-shore and off-shore teams to deliver agile-based projects. Support business development activities including proposal development and collaboration across service lines. Manage engagements according to financial policies. Requires five years of experience managing enterprise systems with three years in ServiceNow, plus current CSA certification. No visa sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five years of recent experience managing and maintaining large, enterprise systems in complex, matrixed organizations
- At least three years of experience directly managing the ServiceNow platform
- Extensive focus on ITSM, ITOM and IRM
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university
- Minimum five years equivalent work experience
- Completion of at least two full implementations of ServiceNow
- Current certification in ServiceNow System Administration (CSA)
- Experience leading various size teams in the delivery of agile-based projects or portions of projects to meet defined requirements
- Travel as needed
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
