Job Summary

Service Desk Manager responsible for leading a team delivering remote IT support for Integris clients; manage service desk performance to meet KPIs; provide mentorship and coaching to technicians and team leads; oversee ticket intake and de-escalation; collaborate with CX and Field Services to ensure service quality; drive process improvements and ensure accurate time records and documentation; require 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST work window.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field OR- equivalent experience
  • Certifications such as Microsoft MCSA/MCSE, VMware VCP, Cisco CCNA, CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ are preferred
  • 6+ years of experience in IT operations
  • 2+ years of experience proving leadership or mentoring of peers or in a supervisory capacity
  • MSP industry expertise preferred
  • ITIL concept familiarity
