Job Summary
Manager, Partner Sales leads a sales team of Account Executives and Senior Account Executives to drive subscription and revenue growth, coaching the team to hit targets while delivering consultative value to accounting and bookkeeper partners. You will guide personal development, account planning, and performance metrics, gather market intelligence and partner feedback, and leverage AI tools to optimize workflow and efficiency. This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week in the Cape Town office, monthly travel to Johannesburg, and occasional travel to Xero events. Strong leadership, CRM proficiency, communication, and analytical problem solving are sought, with experience in full-cycle people management and building relationships within the accounting/bookkeeping space.
