Job Summary
Manager/Senior Manager - Tax, Integrated Partnership Solutions role at KPMG. Lead partnership tax engagements for a range of clients from Fortune 100 to mid-market, providing tax compliance and advisory services on partnership calculations, partner economics, tax distributions, and lifecycle events. Work within a multi-disciplinary team focused on high-quality partnership consulting and reporting, including technology design and industry knowledge. Lead, counsel and train teams of tax professionals, manage a portfolio of clients, oversee engagement risk and performance (budgets, resources, status, financial metrics), and contribute to technology/process development initiatives and external market activities. Requires a Bachelor's degree and CPA/EA/J.D./LL.M. credentials, with authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. Strong technical aptitude, communications skills, and proficiency with MS Office and tax reporting software are expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
- Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Enrolled Agent or Juris Doctor (J.D)./Master of Laws (LL.M.), in addition to others on KPMG's approved credential listing
