Job Summary
Manager/Senior Manager - Tax, Integrated Partnership Solutions at KPMG leads tax compliance and consulting engagements for partnerships across client sizes, advising on transactions, partner economics, tax distributions, and lifecycle events. Works within a multi-disciplinary team on partnership reporting, technology design, and industry knowledge; manages client portfolios, mentors teams, oversees engagement risk and budgets, and stays current on tax practices and tools. Requires strong technical aptitude, excellent communication, and US work authorization with a Bachelor's degree and CPA/EA/J.D./LL.M. or equivalent credentials. Location: Seattle, WA (on-site).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
- Licensed CPA or Enrolled Agent or JD/LL.M. or approved credentials list
