Job Summary
Manager/Senior Manager role responsible for reviewing and implementing the Appeals Framework for key programmes including SFC and TA, handling public enquiries and feedback within policy guidelines, liaising with teams for complex stakeholder queries, driving data-driven reports and visualisations, updating knowledge articles and SOPs, and conducting staff training to manage appeals. Requires 3-5 years in service delivery/customer service, strong interpersonal and communication skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in Excel for data entry and reporting, and a 1-year contract with potential extension.
