Job Summary
Manage and coordinate corporate and personal insolvency engagements from commencement through completion, providing specialist restructuring and insolvency advice to clients and colleagues. Plan and allocate work across engagement teams, overseeing statutory compliance, critical deadlines, and asset realisations while conducting interviews with directors and stakeholders. Liaise with financiers, legal advisors, and auctioneers to prepare formal reports and resolve complex technical and commercial issues. Mentor junior team members and share technical expertise across the firm.
Required Qualifications
- Business, Commerce or Accounting degree
- CA qualification (or equivalent)
- Law degree with a demonstrated interest in insolvency
- Completion of the ARITA Insolvency Education Program
- Minimum 5 years' experience within Professional Services
- Previous experience leading, mentoring and developing team members
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and commercial acumen
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
