Job Summary
Mgr/Snr Manager sought to lead and grow Grant Thornton Australia’s Real Estate Tax and Advisory for Private Enterprise. Partner with Directors on complex advisory engagements spanning property development feasibilities, ownership structuring, tax outcomes across income tax, CGT and GST, and reporting for developers, investors and funds. Hands-on, client-facing role delivering advisory-focused services beyond compliance, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to business development. Flexible, advisory-led environment with work–life balance and hybrid in-office/remote collaboration, including a 9-day fortnight and extensive employee benefits. The ideal candidate will have CA/CPA (or equivalent) and experience with property development and investment clients, and be able to translate complex tax issues into practical, commercial advice.
Required Qualifications
- Qualification(s) in a relevant discipline such as Business / Commerce, Accounting or Finance, or other relevant professional or overseas qualification(s) CA / CPA qualified
