Job Summary
Lead and coordinate planning activities for the Workforce and Workforce Digital Services Groups, including policy-review scoping, evidence gathering, data analysis, and development of recommendations; support development of strategies and implementation plans; prepare papers and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders; manage data reports, identify trends, respond to data queries, support annual workplan cycles, and provide secretariat support for high-level committees; require strong analytical and conceptual abilities, proficiency with data analytics tools (Excel/Tableau), familiarity with Python a plus, and excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex policy issues to diverse audiences; aligned with Public Service ethos and values.
