Job Summary
Conduct stakeholder interviews, lead executive presentations, and manage project timelines for transformation initiatives in Environmental Services, Financial Services, E-commerce, and Logistics. Co-lead proposal development and client pitches while researching new market opportunities and building relationships with senior stakeholders. Supervise consultants to ensure quality deliverables and contribute to recruitment activities including candidate screening and onboarding. This boutique Tokyo office operates with an entrepreneurial mindset, offering direct exposure to decision-makers and the full consulting lifecycle from early project development to client nurturing. Bilingual candidates with native Japanese fluency and business-level English will drive work independently within a compact team supported by French HQ.
Required Qualifications
- 5-15 years consulting experience (strategy, management, or IT consulting)
- Native-level Japanese: full fluency in Japanese business culture and communication. JLPT N1 alone is insufficient
- Business-level English: daily use with global teams and C-suite reporting
- Bachelor's degree from accredited university
- Ability to operate independently and drive work forward without close supervision
- Willingness to take on projects outside your core expertise based on client and team needs
