Job Summary
Lead and deliver tax projects, including due diligence, structuring, tax reviews for some of the largest Lithuanian and international companies. Build and strengthen relationships with clients; contribute to marketing and business development activities such as proposals and seminars. Play a key role in leading the team by coaching colleagues and supporting their development; drive growth of the Tax Consulting and M&A Tax practice through active business development. Requires 5+ years in Tax Consulting; degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or Law (advantage); strong English and Lithuanian; analytical and written communication skills; proactive, reliable team player. Location: Vilnius or flexible (remote/hybrid).
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Tax Consulting
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or Law (advantage)
- Excellent command of English and Lithuanian
- Strong analytical and written communication skills
- Proactive and reliable team player with strong organizational skills
