Job Summary
Senior Manager, GTM Strategy & Planning responsible for transforming complex signals into actionable bets shaping product focus, market expansion, and revenue health. Partner across Marketing, Finance, Product, Enablement, and GTM teams to drive strategic initiatives, maintain data integrity, and scale impact. Create persuasive presentations and thought leadership content to communicate insights internally and externally; develop dashboards/scorecards with Analytics and BI to drive visibility into performance, productivity, and pipeline health. Leverage world-class GTM data as Customer Zero to optimize processes, reduce manual work, and accelerate revenue growth. Demonstrates ownership by turning insights into measurable results and applies AI-driven approaches to optimize revenue processes. Remote work is supported via a work-from-home stipend.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of GTM Strategy & Operations experience
- Strong leadership skills with ability to articulate vision and measure outcomes
- Proven organizational and project management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management; able to engage at executive/C-level
- Experience with Gong, CRM systems (Salesforce) and data visualization tools
- Experience with SQL and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake)
- Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau/Looker/Sisense) and data modeling with dbt
- Experience applying AI or emerging technologies to optimize revenue processes
- Ability to translate data into strategic insights for GTM leadership
- Ability to extract insights from GTM data and link product usage to business outcomes
