Job Summary
Oversee delivery excellence for LatentView engagements by managing onsite and offshore teams, providing coaching and feedback support to Chennai-based managers, and ensuring client acceptance criteria are met for all deliverables. Define success metrics for the client team and the LatentView support function, while uplevelling staff skills through soft skills training in proactive thinking, organization, and project management rigor. Maintain close collaboration with Seattle-based decision-makers and US onsite managers to align priorities, oversee quality assurance of analytic work and executive decks, and facilitate direct communication between client counterparts and LatentView leadership across both locations.
