Manager / Senior Manager, Cybersecurity & Risk

SavATree seeks a hands-on cybersecurity leader to serve as the enterprise cybersecurity lead for operations, risk management, policy development, incident readiness, and security architecture across a distributed organization. Responsibilities include leading cybersecurity operations, vulnerability management, patching, IAM, logging/monitoring, incident detection and response, secure architecture across Microsoft technologies and cloud/enterprise platforms, incident response coordination, risk assessments, governance, policy development, vendor and third-party management, and building a practical, multi-year cybersecurity roadmap with metrics and reporting. The role emphasizes operating independently in a lean environment, partnering with Infrastructure & Operations and cross-functional teams to reduce risk while enabling business growth. Preferred background includes private equity-backed or geographically dispersed operations, Azure/Microsoft security stack expertise, and relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, Security+, Azure Security Engineer).
