Job Summary
PwC France – Manager or Senior Manager in Cybersécurité GRC based in Neuilly-sur-Seine. Responsible for analyzing and steering risk using frameworks (EBIOS RM, ISO 27005, NIST RMF), conducting conformity diagnostics and remediation plans (ISO 27001, DORA, NIS2, RGPD), building and maturing governance and transformation programs, and delivering client-facing work including workshops, deliverables (risk matrices, security policies, dashboards), and guidance to RSSI/DSI/métiers. The role includes leadership and mentorship of consultants, contribution to commercial development, and collaboration in a bilingual/ international PwC environment. Strong requirements include 6–12 years of GRC experience, mastery of referenced standards, program governance capabilities, and English proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 6 to 12 years of experience in GRC
- Strong knowledge of ISO 27001/27005, DORA, NIS2, RGPD, ISO 22301, EBIOS RM, NIST CSF
- Experience leading GRC programs: diagnostic, roadmap, implementation, KPIs, budget tracking
- Ability to lead steering committees, run workshops, and influence decisions (RSSI/DSI/business)
- Excellent written and spoken communication; leadership and people development
- English proficiency at C1 level (international environment)
- Experience in business development, bid responses, and pre-sales activities
- Ability to coach and mentor consultants and contribute to intellectual capital
