Job Summary
Execute comprehensive feasibility studies, Highest and Best Use analyses, and market assessments by synthesizing macroeconomic trends and competitive benchmarking to inform client decisions. Develop complex financial models for project viability, sensitivity analysis, and investment returns while managing client relationships throughout the consulting lifecycle. Collaborate with internal research teams to integrate proprietary data into advisory reports and mentor junior members on analytical techniques and communication standards. Requires 4 to 8 years of real estate advisory experience, a postgraduate degree in Management, Finance, or Urban Planning, and advanced proficiency in cash flow modeling, IRR, and NPV analysis.
