Job Summary
Lead SEM strategy and activation for a major client within WPP Media, owning the end-to-end search roadmap (automation, data-driven activation, automated bid management, conversion optimization) and overseeing a team of activation specialists. Serve as the key SEM point of contact with clients and cross-functional internal teams, delivering strategic SEM approaches within an integrated digital plan, monitoring paid search activity across markets, providing timely reporting and insights on KPIs, and driving ongoing optimization to improve ROAS/CPA. The role requires collaborating with media planners, bidding and SEO teams to maximize search effectiveness and deliver high-quality client servicing across campaigns.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in a digital marketing role with a focus on SEM
- Google Ads Search & Google Ads Fundamentals Certification
- Experience in running high-volume campaigns across Google Ads (AdWords), Bing Ads, UAC and Apple Search
- Proven experience of ongoing campaign optimisation to improve ROAS and CPA
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to data, insights and actions
- Great presentation and communication skills
