Job Summary
Conduct market research on major manufacturers and brands to propose sourcing strategies and select high-priority targets for Coupang Retail Selection. Analyze internal and external environments to derive planning insights, remove process bottlenecks using data, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. Develop playbooks for selection targeting optimization and expand operational workflows to support new business and category growth. This role drives data-based decision-making for selection expansion and process standardization within the Selection Strategy Operation team.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience with distributors and manufacturers
- Experience in product strategy, market research, or similar strategy/planning roles
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional departments
- Excellent MS Office skills
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to use SQL and familiarity with various database data
- Experience with product strategy and sourcing strategy in online/offline environments
- High understanding of IT operations processes
- Experience in organizational and people management
