Oversee System Security training policies, objectives, and initiatives by planning new training techniques and directing enhancements to existing programs. Manage vendor relationships to ensure appropriate employee participation in outside training programs while leading staff and promoting department and system initiatives. Leverage extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals with a wide degree of creativity and latitude.
