Job Summary
Lead and grow a global team of security operations analysts with an AI-first, human-centric approach. Define the security operations strategy, implement robust protocols, and drive incident response from detection to prevention. Identify emerging threats, develop new processes, and leverage AI to improve team efficiency and overall security maturity. Ensure compliance with industry regulations while building internal partnerships to strengthen the organization's secure foundation.
Required Qualifications
- Strong leadership experience in security
- Ability to lead a global team
- Strong security operations experience
- Experience implementing security controls in a SaaS and cloud environment
- Experience crafting detections and observability strategies for security events
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST 800-53)
- Experience ensuring compliance
- Experience leveraging AI to improve security processes
- Experience with incident response
- Ability to act as incident commander for security incidents
- Ability to assess and analyze security risks comprehensively
- Ability to prioritize risk remediation with consideration to business goals and objectives
- Ability to build trust and strong partnerships internally with internal teams toward security goals
