Manager, Security & Incident Management (FC)

Job Summary
Oversee multi-site security operations with responsibility for access control, investigations, fire protection, emergency response, incident management and business continuity; directly manage the onsite security team to deliver required security services per SOPs and Global Security Procedures; identify, track, and monitor problem situations; liaison with site departments and local law enforcement; collaborate with the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) to monitor internal/external threats, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate incidents to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years managerial experience in a high volume environment
- 3+ years leadership experience with security experience
- Experience and working knowledge of distribution site operation
- Knowledge of Fulfillment Centers principles (inbound/outbound operations)
