Job Summary
Lead Japan's customer trust efforts by responding to security due-diligence questionnaires and leading customer audits. Collaborate with US-based GRC, Security, Legal, and Product teams to address market-specific inquiries and assess needs for new customer-facing content. Drive the development and scaling of this content to account teams, customers, and partners while fostering joint business outcomes with both Box Japan and Box GRC leadership. Required Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in an equivalent Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) role
- strong understanding of security controls
- BS degree in Business or Management Information Systems or related field
- equivalent work experience (alternative to BS degree)
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills in Japanese and English
