Job Summary
Manager in Sector Operations (Asset and Wealth Management) leading a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience in India. Responsibilities include conducting analyses, developing insights, building Excel models, documenting current and future-state processes, preparing work plans, supporting project leads, engaging with clients, facilitating decision-making meetings, contributing to business development and thought leadership, and helping with firm-building activities. Core skills include strong business acumen, excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, ability to mentor junior team members, and experience with asset/wealth management operating models, onboarding/KYC, portfolio/trading, risk/compliance, and platform modernization (e.g., Aladdin or similar OMS/portfolio platforms).
Required Qualifications
