Job Summary
Lead Manager for SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting responsible for timely quarterly and annual SEC filings, GAAP/SEC/IFRS guidance, and internal controls. Develop and analyze financial statements, MD&A, footnotes, schedules, and audit files; supervise equity reporting and stock-based compensation calculations; support the technical accounting team on complex transactions; monitor new accounting standards and coordinate implementation; contribute to internal control initiatives (SOX 404) and cross-functional collaboration to meet corporate objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Active CPA
- At least 8 years of experience in technical accounting
- Prior SEC filing experience (public accounting, corporate role, or combination)
- Ability to work across various business functions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability to a growing and evolving environment
