Job Summary
This role is responsible for managing storeroom inventory and overseeing Supply and Distribution, Mailroom, and Print Shop operations at The Guthrie Clinic. The manager will lead continuous improvement in quality and productivity, organize resources to meet customer requirements, analyze KPIs for departmental effectiveness, prepare and manage the annual operating budget, and develop staff through feedback and training. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree and have substantial management experience in materials management.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of management or supervisory experience
- Minimum of three years in a materials management related function
- Strong knowledge of inventory systems and methodology
- Good knowledge/understanding of automated material management system
- Good communication skills
- Strong computer background including word and spreadsheet packages
