Job Summary
Manager/Satellite Kitchen oversees daily meal preparation and service in the satellite production area, supervises kitchen personnel, trains staff, manages inventory and ordering, ensures sanitation and safety, participates in meetings, assists in catering/banquets and promotional activities, and interacts with students, parents, and staff to maintain quality food service in the GRPS Nutrition Services. Requires high school diploma or GED and a Kitchen Manager certification within 90 days; prior cooking/baking experience and leadership ability are valued.
