Job Summary
Manager, SAP Technical Development overseeing CPI/CIG efforts in SAP integration landscapes. Lead design and deployment of integration solutions connecting SAP S/4HANA with SAP Ariba and other SAP/cloud products, evaluate cloud services via BTP, and facilitate workshops on SAP architecture and middleware strategies. Responsible for design, build, and testing of SAP technical development objects (RICEFW) and end-to-end iFlows/mappings. Supervise and mentor staff to ensure project delivery aligns with policies. Travel as needed; U.S. work authorization required with no visa sponsorship offered.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum seven years of recent external management consulting or relevant industry experience providing SAP advisory and technical services to clients
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience and understanding of SAP ABAP concepts, guidelines, SAP architecture, and ABAP Object-Oriented Programming
- Proven track record of designing and delivering enterprise integrations using SAP CPI, including custom iFlow development, Groovy scripting, and API management
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with SAP CIG (SAP Integration Suite) for Ariba network connectivity, routing, and mapping
- Experience on SAP BTP, CDS Views, AMDP, Workflows, IDOCs, OData, Fiori, BADIs, BAPIs, REST/SOAP APIs, and modern integration patterns
- Ability to travel as needed
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future (no sponsorship for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT)
- Proficient in SAP technical development, RICEFW, iFlows, and integration testing
- Strong communication skills with technical and business stakeholders
- Experience supervising, mentoring, and performance managing staff
