Manager, SAP Technical Development -CPI/CIG

Job Summary
Lead the design and deployment of complex SAP integration landscapes using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and SAP Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) to connect SAP S/4HANA with SAP Ariba and other systems. Drive cloud-based solutions using BTP, facilitate workshops on SAP architecture and middleware strategies, and oversee end-to-end integration objects (RICEFW) and iFlows with mapping configurations. Supervise and mentor staff to ensure on-time, compliant delivery aligned with financial/cost policies; collaborate with clients on opportunities and solution design; travel as needed; and uphold professional and respectful work environment in a consulting/advisory setting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum seven years of recent, external management consulting or relevant industry experience providing SAP advisory and technical services to clients
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an appropriate field
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience and understanding of SAP ABAP concepts, guidelines, SAP architecture, and ABAP OO programming
- Proven track record of designing and delivering enterprise integrations using SAP CPI, including custom iFlow development, Groovy scripting, and API management
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with SAP CIG (SAP Integration Suite) for Ariba network connectivity, routing, and standard/custom mapping
- Experience with SAP CPI/Ariba connectivity, BTP, CDS Views, AMDP, Workflows, IDOCs, OData, Fiori, BADIs, BAPIs, REST/SOAP APIs, and modern integration patterns
- Ability to travel as needed
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
