Job Summary
SAP solution architect for the Store to Fulfill workstream within SAP Supply Chain in KPMG Advisory. Leads the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA for supply chain capabilities, focusing on Retail Integration that connects in-store operations with supply chain planning, Direct Procurement, Direct Material Sourcing, and Intercompany processes. Manages day-to-day activities of the Store to Fulfill workstream, guiding KPMG and client personnel through the full lifecycle of an implementation. Applies best practices in Materials Management (MM), Inventory Management (IM), and Order-to-Cash Automation to improve fulfillment speed and reduce manual work, provides real-time inventory visibility across locations, and oversees Logistics & Distribution for omnichannel flows. Contributes to business development, participates in proposals, and collaborates with other service lines. Develops and evolves SAP implementation methodologies, advocates for SAP Retail Solutions, SAP Predictive Replenishment on SAP BTP, and Store Replenishment & Fulfillment with AI-based forecasting. Leads teams of staff-level professionals and supports staff development and practice management. Maintains integrity and professionalism in a respectful work environment. Travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of seven years of SAP experience with at least three years focused on SAP S/4HANA
- at least three full lifecycle SAP implementations in MM, IM, and retail/omnichannel
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
- Deep functional and configuration expertise in Direct Procurement, Direct Material Sourcing, Intercompany transactions, and MRP integration
- Hands-on experience with SAP Retail Solutions and SAP Transportation Management
- Ability to architect cohesive omnichannel supply chain processes
- Strong SAP configuration skills; experience with SAP Activate methodology and SAP Model Company/Best Practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; client relationship capabilities
- Strong leadership skills and ability to guide staff development and practice management
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
