Job Summary

Lead and manage SAP supply chain and manufacturing functional workstreams through all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring high-quality delivery of solutions spanning production planning, manufacturing execution, scheduling, and inventory operations. Act as a functional lead and architect for SAP production planning (PP) solutions, ensuring integration with broader supply chain, warehouse, and execution systems. Support key business development activities for the SAP consulting practice, including contributing to proposal development, project estimation, delivering system demonstrations, and participating in pre-sales activities. Manage engagement budgets, assist with resource planning, and mentor staff to foster career growth. Contribute to the development and publication of KPMG thought leadership, training assets, and new service offerings around modernizing manufacturing through advanced scheduling and integrating AI capabilities. Requires five years of recent SAP advisory consulting experience with a focus on supply chain and production planning; must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of recent experience providing SAP advisory consulting services, with a clear focus on supply chain, manufacturing, and production planning capabilities across multiple industries
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • Proven experience leading workshops, managing day-to-day client relationships, and coordinating functional teams using the SAP Activate methodology or other agile project delivery frameworks; deep hands-on configuration and design experience in SAP manufacturing and planning modules, specifically: SAP production planning (SAP PP): discrete and/or process manufacturing, MRP, and capacity planning; detailed scheduling: SAP PP/DS (production planning and detailed scheduling)
  • Basic and advanced inventory management processes; seamless functional integration with SAP extended warehouse management (EWM) and external/native manufacturing execution systems (MES); experience designing future-state processes that incorporate advanced digital technologies, including leveraging SAP business AI components and predictive analytics to optimize production schedules and material staging
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical and architectural concepts clearly to business stakeholders
  • Ability to travel as needed
