Job Summary
Lead end-to-end technical architecture for SAP SuccessFactors deployments; manage global implementation workstreams; guide client HR/IT leadership; oversee data migrations and integrations with SAP ERP, S/4HANA, third-party payroll, and identity management; manage and develop a team of technical consultants; contribute to business development through technical scoping, proposal writing, and accelerators; require hands-on SuccessFactors integrations (CPI, Boomi, PI/PO), SAP BTP; experience leading multiple full-lifecycle implementations; active SF certifications; strong communication and stakeholder management; travel required; US work authorization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP HR/HCM and SuccessFactors technology, with at least 3-5 years in a consulting/client-facing environment at the Manager or Lead level
- Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors integrations (SAP CPI, Boomi, or PI/PO), Extension Center, and SAP BTP
- Proven track record of leading at least 3 full-lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations as a Technical Lead or Technical Architect
- Active SAP SuccessFactors certifications in relevant modules (e.g., Employee Central) and ideally integration technologies
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage C-suite stakeholder relationships
- Travel as needed
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
