Job Summary
Manager, SAP SuccessFactors Technical Lead responsible for defining and leading end-to-end technical architecture for SAP SuccessFactors deployments, overseeing integration strategies using CPI and BTP, and guiding large-scale global implementations. Will manage technical workstreams, budgets, and resources; act as a trusted advisor to HR and IT leadership; oversee data migration, employee data models, and integrations with SAP ERP/S/4HANA and third-party systems; coach and develop a team of technical consultants; contribute to business development and thought leadership; and uphold KPMG's professional standards. Requires SAP HR/HCM/SuccessFactors expertise, hands-on integration experience, certifications, and a Bachelor's degree; travel is required; no visa sponsorship for U.S. work authorization.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP HR/HCM and SuccessFactors technology, with 3-5 years in a consulting/client-facing environment at Manager/Lead level
- Hands-on experience with SAP CPI, Boomi, or PI/PO integrations; Extension Center, and SAP BTP
- Proven track record leading at least 3 full-lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations as Technical Lead or Technical Architect
- Active SAP SuccessFactors certifications in relevant modules (e.g., Employee Central) and integration technologies preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to manage C-suite stakeholder relationships
- Willingness to travel
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future (no sponsorship for H-1B, L-1, TN, etc.)
