Job Summary
Lead Solution Order and Professional Services Automation (PSA) efforts within SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud transformation programs, including Solution Order Management, Subscription Billing, Service Contracts, and EPPM. Design, configure, and map hybrid business processes for bundled offerings, billing plans, and revenue recognition; deliver PSA tasks across lifecycle activities; collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize ERP, ensure data integrity and compliance; contribute to proposal content, client presentations, and informal guidance to junior team members; support discovery assessments and future-state architecture, with an emphasis on hybrid business model transformation and ongoing knowledge sharing; travel as required up to 50-80% and uphold professional integrity and the firm’s values.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Sales, Finance, or related field from an accredited college/university
- Minimum six years of external management consulting experience with a focus on hybrid business model transformation, including at least two full lifecycles SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation in EPPM, Solution Order Management and/or PSA
- Experience supporting at least two full lifecycle SAP implementation focused on Solution Order Management, Subscription Billing, Service Contracts, EPPM, and PSA
- Strong delivery execution skills in finance transformation programs, with experience supporting phases from planning and design through build, testing, cutover, and hypercare
- Travel may be up to 50-80%
