Job Summary
Lead Solution Order and PSA workstreams within SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud transformation programs, including Solution Order Management, Subscription Billing, Service Contracts, EPPM, and Professional Services Automation, while supporting implementation lifecycle activities and project reviews. Drive design, configuration, and alignment of bundled offerings, billing plans, and revenue recognition for hybrid business models; deliver assigned PSA tasks with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and data integrity. Develop high-quality assets, contribute to workshops and client presentations, support business development, and mentor junior members. Assist in ERP discovery and future-state architecture for solution order orchestration and PSA delivery; travel up to 50-80% and uphold integrity and professionalism. Requires six years of external management consulting experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations in PSA/PSM domains and a Bachelor's degree; no sponsorship required for U.S. work.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Sales, Finance, or related field from an accredited college/university
- Minimum six years of recent external management consulting experience with a focus on hybrid business model transformation
- At least two full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation in EPPM, Solution Order Management and/or Professional Services Automation
- Experience supporting at least two full lifecycle SAP implementation focused on Solution Order Management, Subscription Billing, Service Contracts, EPPM, and PSA
- Strong delivery execution skills in finance transformation programs (planning through build, testing, cutover, hypercare)
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50-80%
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
