Job Summary
Lead Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management (EPPM) workstreams within SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud transformation programs, support customer/internal/investment project scenarios across Project to Result (P2R) and Professional Services environments, and participate in implementation lifecycle activities. Design, configure, and deploy SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud EPPM capabilities (project definitions, work breakdown structures, financial planning and budgeting, resource planning, time confirmation, cost capture, and integration with Finance/Controlling). Drive fit-to-standard workshops and ensure adoption of standard EPPM functionality with documented gaps/extensions. Deliver EPPM scope and milestones, collaborate with Finance/Controlling/Sales/HR to ensure accurate project financials and governance. Support development of high-quality assets, knowledge sharing, and ongoing improvement of EPPM methodologies. Assist in ERP discovery/architecture assessments, gather requirements, and support future-state EPPM/P2R architecture. Contribute to business development through proposal content and client presentations, and mentor junior team members. Act with integrity and uphold KPMG's culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Sales, Finance, or related field from an accredited college/university
- Minimum of six years of recent external management consulting experience, including at least Two full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation with core responsibility for Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management (EPPM)
- Experience supporting at least two SAP implementations focused on Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management (EPPM) and Project to Result (P2R) capabilities
- Strong delivery execution skills in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, with experience supporting phases from planning and design through build, testing, cutover, and hypercare
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to enterprise transformation initiatives by supporting process standardization, collaborating on high quality deliverables, and applying SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud digital tools for EPPM and project financial management
- Travel may be up to 50-80%
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
