Job Summary
Lead Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management (EPPM) workstreams within SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud transformation programs, supporting customer/internal/investment project scenarios across P2R and Professional Services. Design, configure, and deploy SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud EPPM capabilities (project definitions, WBS, budgeting, resource planning, time confirmation, cost capture) and integrate with Finance/Controlling. Conduct fit-to-standard workshops, drive design decisions, and ensure adoption of standard EPPM functionality with documented gaps. Deliver EPPM scope and milestones, collaborate with Finance/Controlling/Sales/HR to ensure accurate project financials and governance. Develop assets, share knowledge, contribute to innovation, assist ERP discovery, gather requirements, and support future-state EPPM/P2R architecture. Contribute to business development through proposals and client presentations, and provide mentoring to junior team members.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Sales, Finance, or related field from an accredited college/university
- Minimum of six years of external management consulting experience, including at least two full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations with core responsibility for EPPM
- Experience supporting at least two SAP implementations focused on EPPM and P2R capabilities
- Strong delivery execution skills in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs (planning through build, testing, cutover, hypercare)
- Ability to support process standardization and use SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud digital tools for EPPM and project financial management
- Travel up to 50-80%
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future
