Job Summary
SAP solution architect for Plan to Inventory (PTI) within KPMG Advisory. Design and implement SAP S/4HANA capabilities covering production planning, master data, MES integration, and integration with sales order management, procurement, and finance/controlling. Lead day-to-day PTI workstreams, manage KPMG and client personnel through full lifecycle implementations, apply best-practice business processes, support business development, contribute to intellectual capital, and lead staff development. Requires 7+ years SAP experience with S/4HANA and multiple full lifecycle implementations, strong MRP/production planning/quality management/MES integration skills, and excellent client communication. Travel as needed; US work authorization required; visa sponsorship not offered.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field (required)
- Minimum 7 years of SAP experience with at least four years focused on SAP S/4 HANA
- At least three full lifecycle SAP implementations in materials management, production planning and integration to warehouse management, quality management, and sales and distribution
- Deep expertise in SAP business processes and data: MRP, production planning, production execution, production order staging, quality management, MES integration
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; ability to design and configure SAP S4/HANA Plan to Inventory functionality and guide offshore teams
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage staff and communicate findings to client management
- Preferred experience in leading pre-sales activities and Greenfield/ Selective Data Transition approaches
- Travel as needed
