Manager, SAP FICO - Transfer Pricing

Job Summary
Lead full-lifecycle SAP FICO and S/4HANA implementations focused on intercompany processes, transfer pricing, and cross-border supply chain financials. Serve as the primary SAP architect for Transfer Pricing solutions, configuring PCA, multiple valuation approaches, intercompany billing, and stock transfers. Partner with client tax and finance teams to translate global transfer pricing policies into scalable, automated SAP designs, including complex markup/markdown and intercompany reconciliation. Advise C-suite and VP-level stakeholders on best practices to operationalize transfer pricing, reduce tax risk, and improve intercompany transparency. Direct, mentor, and develop a team of senior associates and associates, manage project economics and deliverables, and support go-to-market initiatives and thought leadership in operational transfer pricing. Act with integrity and professionalism within KPMG's culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS, or related field from an accredited college/university
- Minimum 7 years hands-on SAP FICO configuration and consulting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or team-lead role
- Deep functional and technical knowledge of SAP intercompany processing, Profit Center Accounting, CO-PA, and multi-currency/multi-valuation configurations
- Completion of at least 3 full-lifecycle SAP implementations with global rollout experience
- Ability to travel as needed
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future (no sponsorship)
