Job Summary
Manager, SAP FICO – Transfer Pricing in Advisory leads full-lifecycle SAP FICO/S/4HANA implementations focusing on intercompany processes, transfer pricing, and cross-border supply chain financials. Serves as the primary SAP architect for Transfer Pricing solutions, configuring PCA, multiple valuation approaches, intercompany billing, and stock transfers. Partners with client tax/finance teams to translate global transfer pricing policies into scalable SAP designs, including complex markup/markdown and intercompany reconciliation. Advises C-suite and VP-level stakeholders on best practices to operationalize transfer pricing, reduce tax risks, and improve intercompany transparency. Directs, mentors, and develops a team of senior associates and associates; manages project economics and workstreams. Supports go-to-market and thought leadership in operational transfer pricing. Requires integrity and professionalism in line with KPMG values. Travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on SAP FICO configuration and consulting
- At least 3 years operating at a managerial or team lead level
- Completion of at least 3 full-lifecycle SAP implementations with emphasis on global rollouts and intercompany setups
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS, or related field
- Ability to travel as needed
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future (no sponsorship)
