Job Summary
Lead SAP Financial workstreams and provide end-to-end SAP FICO solutions for clients, plan and execute day-to-day SAP engagements (design, implementation, migration, cutover, hyper care), provide solution architecture for SAP S/4HANA Management Accounting/Controlling and related integrations, drive business development (pursuits, responding to RFPs, demos), contribute to practice development and thought leadership, mentor junior team members, and travel as needed to client sites.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five years of recent experience in implementing SAP Management Accounting/Controlling with minimum four full life cycle implementations of SAP Management Accounting/Controlling
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in an appropriate field
- Proficiency in SAP Management Accounting/Controlling processes (Cost and Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Margin/Profitability Analysis, Material Ledger/Actual Costing)
- Integrations with SAP-Financial Accounting (General Ledger, Fixed Assets)
- Ability to conduct and independently lead workshops; problem identification and solution options for clients
- Experience with integrating with Materials Management, Sales and Distribution, Production Planning, Project Systems
- Leadership, client management, and delivery track record
- Willingness to travel
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
