Manager, SAP FICO - Product Costing

Job Summary
Lead SAP Financial workstreams and provide end-to-end SAP FICO solutions for Product Costing engagements. Plan and execute day-to-day activities of SAP engagements (design, implementation, migration, cutover, hyper care); provide architecture services for SAP S/4HANA Management Accounting/Controlling and related integrations; participate in business development activities (client pursuits, proposals, RFPs, Orals); contribute to practice development and thought leadership; act as People management leader and mentor junior team members; collaborate in a way that upholds a respectful, professional environment; travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five years of recent experience in implementing SAP Management Accounting/Controlling with minimum four full life cycle implementations of SAP Management Accounting/Controlling
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in an appropriate field
- Proficiency in Design and implementation of SAP Management Accounting/Controlling processes such as Cost and Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Margin/Profitability Analysis, Material Ledger/Actual Costing; integrations with SAP-Financial Accounting processes such as General Ledger and Fixed Assets; ability to conduct workshops and lead client engagements
- Demonstrated leadership, client management, and delivery track record; ability to develop junior team members
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without need for sponsorship now or in the future
- Strong communication skills including ability to write at a publication quality level
- Experience with integration with other modules (Materials Management, Sales and Distribution, Production Planning, Project Systems)
