Job Summary
Manager, Salesforce Targeting & Engagement Analytics role focused on designing, building, and operationalizing Salesforce-based field targeting and HCP engagement analytics for inline and launch neuroscience brands. Responsible for integrating multiple commercial data sources, developing analytic frameworks, and driving insights that support field deployment, omnichannel planning, and commercialization strategy. Leads Salesforce targeting, segmentation, and field deployment using IQVIA, Symphony, Komodo, EMR/EHR, and SP data; builds longitudinal HCP analytics via SQL/Python in Databricks/Snowflake; develops engagement measurement for Salesforce and omnichannel channels; conducts test–control and A/B experiments to quantify impact; analyzes marketing performance data to surface trends and KPI shifts; partners with digital teams on planning and channel activation; coordinates offshore analytics resources as needed; standardizes measurement logic and reporting; collaborates across Launch Excellence, Brand Marketing, Market Access, Field Leadership, Medical, HEOR/Forecasting, and Data Engineering; supports launch and inline franchises with differentiated analytic approaches; up to 15% remote work allowed.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field plus 3 years of qualitative analytics experience in the pharmaceutical industry, OR Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field plus 5 years of qualitative analytics experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- experience in analyzing secondary data to evaluate brand performance, prescriber behavior, and market trends for in-market and launch products using specialty pharmacy, 867 data, IQVIA/Symphony/Komodo claims data.
- experience evaluating marketing campaigns through split testing to measure digital and non-personal promotional impact on engagement.
- responsibility for day-to-day Salesforce Targeting Data Analytics Integration project activities for client merger.
- ability to develop SQL & Python queries to retrieve and manipulate data for analysis; design scalable Tableau dashboards for reporting.
